2026 Performers Showcase Level 2 Member Library Registration

Description

  •  All performers at the showcase will have 7 minutes to present a brief sample performance for a live audience of Texas public librarians as well as a table in the exhibitors’ area. 
  • The showcase can host up to 30 performers and 10 Tabling Presenters.

Agenda

9 am: Check-in opens

  • 9:00am - 12pm: Morning Performances begin (7 minutes each; 3 minute transition)
  • 12pm: Tabling Presenters Intros (1 minute each)
  • 12:15pm - 1:25pm: Lunch Break

Box lunches from Maggie Mae's will be available for purchase

  • Box 1 Ham, Turkey, and Cheese Croissant
  • Box 2 Chicken Salad Croissant
  • Box 3 Lettuce, Tomato and Avocado Croissant

With Greek Pasta salad, fruit salad + cookie

  • 1:30 - 4pm: Afternoon Performance begin (7 minutes each; 3 minute transition)
  • 4pm - 5pm: Library Tour/Librarian Happy Hour.



Pricing

Level 2 memberships include 2 free tickets. Any additional tickets needed can be purchased at the rate $25 per ticket.
