2025 Performers Showcase - Performer Registration

Performer Showcase will be limited to 32 performers
All performers at the showcase will have 7 minutes to present a brief sample performance for a live audience.
Performers will be responsible for providing their own equipment.
Each performer will be assigned a table and 2 chairs in the exhibitors area.

Pricing

The cost to be a presenter is $125 (a $35 1-year advertising fee + $90 for a table and time to perform).

8:00 a.m. Earliest time for performers/exhibitors to set-up

9:30 a.m. Audience check-in begins and Morning Refreshments

10:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. First morning presenters

11:15 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Intermission with the Exhibitors

11:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. Second morning presenters

12:45 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. Lunch –

1:45 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Afternoon presenters

3:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Final wrap-up with the Exhibitors
